PeoplePerHour obviously have an agenda in saying that so many people will be freelance but the office of national statistics have also said that self employment is running at a 40 year high.

The question to me is will, as with previous recessions, as companies become more confident, will they look to employ full time or have the changes in technology meant this is a long term change in our working patterns.

Does this make a difference to the culture of the workplace and how to you manage a diverse workforce doing small chunks often without understanding where they fit in the process.
